The lower fitting also features built-in stops to protect the rudder from damage if the rudder is applied too harshly.
A perfect fit for all SeaSure 4-hole fittings - replacement on Ovington boats takes 3 minutes, as no counterforce is required from inside the boat to loosen and retighten the bolts.
The rudder is positioned 45 mm from the transom at the top and 40 mm at the bottom, without any further modifications to the rudder blade.
